Louise Sauvage is recognised not just for the extraordinarily successful career as a Paralympic wheelchair racer, but for her pioneering efforts in raising the profile and perception of Paralympic sport and athletes in Australia and all around the world. In this episode of the Sport Australia Coaching and Officiating podcast, she talks about the need for coaches to be able to adapt to meet the needs of their athletes. As the coach of athletes at varying skill levels, ages and physical abilities, she knows every athlete has slightly different needs.
