Coaching and Officiating - Inclusion and Respect in community sport

In this episode of the Coaching and Officiating podcast series we chat with Zoe Avner (She/ Her) and Nicole Mugford (She/ They). Nicole, known as Muggles in the Roller Derby Community, is the diversity and Inclusion officer at Kingston City Rollers. Zoe is a lecturer in sport coaching at Deakin University. Nicole and Zoe chat about the critical role of coaches in creating inclusive and respectful environments for participants. To support coaches working with women and girls in community sport, the Australian Sports Commission is developing a series of resources to support coaches enhance their practice.
