Coaching and Officiating: Becoming a more effective coach

In this week's coaching and officiating podcast, we chat with Dr Edward Hall (Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation at Northumbria University) and Dr Adam Nichol (Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation at Northumbria University) about what it means to be an effective coach and how you can continue to develop into becoming even more effective.
